SSD SSD Tester Automation System

The present invention relates to a solid state disk (SSD) tester automation system to increase productivity. According to the present invention, the SSD tester automation system comprises: a loading unit (130) loading a plurality of SSDs in an empty cassette (410); an unloading unit (140) unloading a plurality of SSDs from a storage cassette (420); and a circulation moving unit (135) circulating and moving the empty cassette and the storage cassette between the loading unit and the unloading unit. Each of the loading unit and the unloading unit includes: a conveyor (131) accommodating the empty cassettes or storage cassettes moving by the circulation moving unit; a rotating unit (132) allowing the conveyor to be located on the upper part and rotating the conveyor; and a push unit pushing the conveyor located at one side or center of the rotating unit to the center or the other side of the rotating unit.
