Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a composition for preventing and treating or preventing and alleviating obesity comprising a mixture (complex) blended in 1 : 1 equal ratio (w/w) of dry powder of an Allium senescens extract and a Cirsium setidens extract. The mixture mixed with the equal ratio (w/w) of the dry powder of the Allium senescens extract and the Cirsium setidens extract has a remarkable anti-obesity effect than an Allium senescens single extract or a Cirsium setidens single extract due to a synergistic effect of the Allium senescens extract and the Cirsium setidens extract when treated with the same concentration as the single extract. 본 발명은 두메부추 추출물과 곤드레 추출물의 건조분말의 1 : 1 동량비(w/w)로 배합된 혼합물(complex)을 포함하는 비만 예방 및 치료 또는 예방 및 개선용 조성물이 제공되며, 본 발명의 두메부추와 곤드레 추출물의 건조분말의 동량비(w/w)로 혼합된 혼합물은 단일추출물과 동일한 농도로 처리하였을 때 두메부추 추출물과 곤드레 추출물의 시너지 효과로 인해 두메부추 단일추출물 또는 곤드레 단일추출물보다 현저한 항비만의 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
