APPARATUS SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MEASURING VACUUM LEVEL OF VACUUM INTERRUPTER

Disclosed are an apparatus, a system, and a method for inspecting a vacuum level of a vacuum interrupter. The apparatus for inspecting a vacuum according to one aspect of the present invention inspects a vacuum level of the vacuum interrupter in an electric power device having the vacuum interrupter between a power terminal and a load terminal. The apparatus for inspecting a vacuum level comprises: a monitoring unit which monitors an operation state of the electric power device; a voltage obtaining unit which obtains a first measured voltage and a second measured voltage of the power terminal and the load terminal; and a control unit which distinguishes the first measured voltage and the second measured voltage into a power terminal measured voltage and an open terminal measured voltage when the operation state of the electric power device is an open state, and determines whether the vacuum level of the vacuum interrupter is defective by comparing the open terminal measured voltage with a preset value.
