Note that, according to the present invention, a waxy corn from Gangwon-do is used for the corn. 본 발명은 닭강정의 제조방법 및 그 닭강정에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 닭고기 특유의 잡냄새가 없고, 육질이 부드러우며, 맛과 향 역시 우수한 닭강정을 제조하기 위하여 풍부한 영양성분과 다양한 요리효과가 있는 옥수수 농축액을 이용하는 것이다. 옥수수는 강원도산 찰옥수수를 사용함을 주지한다.
