The system for managing medical information includes a comprehensive medical examination system performing a health medical examination for an examinee, an examination information system managing examination information from the comprehensive medical examination system, an image information system managing medical image information of the examinee, a medical treatment information system managing medical treatment and prescription information of the examinee, and a middleware system transmitting information on the examinee input from the comprehensive medical examination system to the examination information system, image information system, and the medical treatment information system. 종합적 의료 정보 시스템 및 방법에 대해 기술된다. 시스템은 수검자에 대한 건강 검진을 수행하는 종합 검진 시스템, 상기 종합 검진 시스템으로부터의 검진 정보를 관리하는 검진 정보 시스템, 수검자의 의료 영상 정보를 관리하는 영상 정보 시스템, 수검자의 진료 및 처방 정보를 관리하는 진료 정보 시스템, 그리고 상기 종합 검진 시스템으로부터의 입력되는 수검자의 정보를 검진 정보 시스템을 포함한다.
