Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cover window substrate, and more particularly, to a cover window substrate which comprises: a polymer base film; and an organic layer and an inorganic layer which are stacked on one side of the polymer base film. Since the organic layer is thicker than the inorganic layer, excellent hardness can be realized even with a thin film. Accordingly, the cover window substrate can be applied to a thin-film and lightweight image display device and can exhibit high hardness and excellent flexibility at the same time. 본 발명은 커버 윈도우 기판에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고분자 기재 필름; 및 상기 고분자 기재 필름의 일측에 적층된 유기층 및 무기층;을 포함하며, 상기 유기층이 무기층보다 더 두꺼움으로써, 박막으로도 우수한 경도를 구현할 수 있어, 이에 따라, 박막 경량화된 화상 표시 장치에 적용될 수 있으며, 고경도 및 우수한 굴곡성을 동시에 나타낼 수 있는 커버 윈도우 기판에 관한 것이다.
