Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing total residual oxidant (TRO) with high concentration including: an electrolysis tank having an inlet pipe through which sample water to be subjected to an electrolysis treatment is introduced is connected to an upper portion of one side thereof, and an outlet pipe through which electrolyzed treated water is discharged is connected to a lower portion of the other side thereof, and an air vent provided on an upper portion thereof; an electrode arrangement including a plurality of electrodes spaced apart from each other at a predetermined distance in the electrolysis tank, and electrolyzing the sample water to generate TRO when a current is applied; a rectifier provided on one side of the electrolysis tank and supplying the current to the electrode arrangement; and an air injector disposed under the electrode arrangement and spraying air toward the electrode arrangement, and the apparatus can perform functions of hydrogen concentration dilution, electrode descaling, cooling inside the electrolysis tank, and TRO dispersion, without using blowers, heat exchangers, agitators, etc. 본 발명은 일측 상부에 전기분해 처리 대상 샘플수가 유입되는 유입관이 연결되고, 타측 하부에 전기분해된 처리수가 배출되는 배출관이 연결되며, 상부에는 에어 벤트가 구비된 전해조; 상기 전해조의 내부에 서로 일정간격 이격되어 배치된 복수의 전극들로 이루어지고, 전류가 인가되면 상기 샘플수를 전기분해하여 TRO를 생성하는 전극 배열체; 상기 전해조의 일측에 구비되고, 상기 전극 배열체에 전류를 공급하는 정류기; 및 상기 전극 배열체의 하부에 배치되고, 상기 전극 배열체 측으로 공기를 분사하는 에어 분사기를 포함하는 고농도 TRO 제조 장치로서, 블로워, 열교환기, 교반기 등을 사용하지 않고 수소 농도 회석, 전극 스케일 제거, 전해조 내부의 냉각 및 TRO 분산 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
