The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating ultra-thin glass and a method for treating ultra-thin glass and, more specifically, to an apparatus for treating ultra-thin glass laminating a plurality of ultra-thin glass sheets and a method for treating ultra-thin glass. The apparatus for treating ultra-thin glass according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a stage supporting ultra-thin glass; an adhesive provision unit providing an adhesive on the ultra-thin glass supported by the stage; and a non-contact pressing unit that includes a porous plate having a plurality of pores, and provides a pressing force on a plurality of ultra-thin glass sheets that are laminated with the adhesive interposed therebetween by injecting gas through some of the plurality of pores. 본 발명은 초박 유리 처리장치 및 초박 유리 처리방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 복수의 초박 유리를 적층하는 초박 유리 처리장치 및 초박 유리 처리방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 초박 유리 처리장치는 초박 유리를 지지하는 스테이지; 상기 스테이지에 지지된 초박 유리 상에 접착제를 제공하는 접착제 제공부; 및 복수의 기공을 갖는 다공성 플레이트를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 기공 중 적어도 일부를 통해 기체를 분사하여 상기 접착제가 개재되어 적층된 복수의 초박 유리 상에 가압력을 제공하는 비접촉 가압부;를 포함할 수 있다.
