Zusammenfassung:	An objective of the present invention is to prevent an accident by quickly registering a blacklist for bills suspected of risk of accident or counterfeiting in bills or counterfeiting machines by online. The present invention relates to a bill sorter for managing bill blacklist comprising: a mode selection unit for receiving a selection of a bill blacklist registration mode from a user through an input means; a bill sorting unit configured to perform a bill counting operation and a bill sorting operation, and detecting bills included in the bill blacklist during bill counting; and a communication unit that is connected to the server device by online, and transmits the detected bill discrimination information registered in the bill blacklist detected by the bill sorting unit via online to the server device or to an information communication terminal of a designated user. 본 발명은 지폐 블랙리스트 관리를 위한 지폐 정사기에 관한 것으로, 입력수단을 통해 사용자로부터 지폐 블랙리스트 등록 모드를 선택받기 위한 모드 선택부; 지폐의 계수와 지폐의 정사 감별 동작을 수행하며, 지폐 계수 중 상기 지폐 블랙리스트에 포함된 지폐를 검출하는 지폐 정사부; 및 서버 장치와 온라인으로 연결되어, 상기 지폐 정사부에서 검출한 지폐 블랙리스트에 등록된 지폐 발견 정보를 온라인으로 상기 서버 장치에 전달하거나 지정된 사용자의 정보통신 단말에 전달하는 통신부;를 포함한다.
