Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic-inorganic composite coated with polyphenol-based mineral particles and to an organic-inorganic composite manufactured accordingly. The method for manufacturing the organic-inorganic composite according to the present invention manufactures polyphenol-based mineral particles through a reaction at room temperature through a simple process, which are coated on a support suitable for bioapplicability, thereby being able to manufacture the organic-inorganic composite with excellent bone regeneration and osseointegration effects. The bio-mineral-coated organic-inorganic composite manufactured according to the present invention can be used for the development of various materials that can be used to promote bone regeneration, such as bone graft materials, shielding membranes, and implants. 본 발명은 폴리페놀 기반의 미네랄 입자가 코팅된 유-무기 복합체의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 유-무기 복합체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 유·무기 복합체의 제조방법은 간단한 과정을 통해 상온에서의 반응을 통하여 폴리페놀 기반의 미네랄 입자를 제조하고, 이를 생체적용이 적합한 지지체 상에 코팅하여 골 재생 및 골 유착 효과가 뛰어난 유·무기 복합체를 고효율로 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 바이오 미네랄이 코팅된 유·무기 복합체는 골 이식재, 차폐막, 임플란트 등 다양한 골 재생 촉진 에 활용할 수 있는 용 다양한 소재의 개발에 활용될 수 있다.
