Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a method for manufacturing vinyl chloride-based polymer which comprises: (1) a step of manufacturing a secondary particle-shaped vinyl chloride-based polymer which is an aggregate of primary particles; (2) a step of fluidizing the vinyl chloride-based polymer using a first residual monomer removal device and primarily removing the residual monomer; and (3) a step of secondarily removing the residual monomer from the vinyl chloride-based polymer from which the residual monomer has been primarily removed by using a second residual monomer removal device through inflow and exhaust of air, wherein the first removal step is made for 5 to 40 minutes, and the secondary removal step is made for 30 minutes to 180 minutes. According to the present invention, residual volatile organic compounds can be effectively removed. 본 발명은 (1) 1차 입자의 집합체인 2차 입자 형상의 염화비닐계 중합체를 제조하는 단계; (2) 제 1 잔류 단량체 제거 장치를 이용하여 상기 염화비닐계 중합체를 유동화하며 잔류 단량체를 1차 제거하는 단계; 및 (3) 상기 잔류 단량체가 1차 제거된 염화비닐계 중합체로부터 제 2 잔류 단량체 제거 장치를 이용하여 공기의 유입 및 배출을 통해 잔류 단량체를 2차 제거하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 1차 제거 단계는 5 내지 40분간 이루어지고, 상기 2차 제거 단계는 30분 내지 180분간 이루어지는 염화비닐계 중합체 제조방법을 제공한다.
