AN APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING NANOFIBER FILAMENTS AND A METHOD FOR MAKING NANOFIBER FILAMENTS USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing nanofiber filaments capable of electrospinning a spinning solution through a spinning device to which voltage is applied; spinning the spinning solution toward a surface of a collector rotated at an angle inclined to the horizontal plane; and collecting and winding electrospun nanofibers manufactured by spraying air to the surface of the collector in a nanofiber filament form while moving the electrospun nanofiber to a lower end unit with the air. The method for manufacturing nanofiber filaments comprises: (i) a step of spinning a polymer solution toward the outer circumferential surface of a first collector (220) to which the voltage is applied by electrospinning; (ii) a step of spraying the air toward a lower end unit by an air spraying unit (300) provided in an upper end unit of the outer circumferential surface of the first collector (200); (iii) a step of allowing the nanofibers to flow down from an upper part to a lower part of the outer circumferential surface of the rotating first collector (220) by the sprayed air; and (iv) a step of manufacturing the nanofiber filaments by winding the arranged and moving nanofibers by a rotating second collector (420). 본 발명은 전압이 걸려 있는 방사기구를 통해서 방사용액을 전기방사하되, 수평면과 경사진 각도를 이루며 회전하는 컬렉터 표면을 향하여 분사하고, 상기 컬렉터 표면을 에어를 분사하여 전기 방사된 나노섬유가 에어와 함께 컬렉터 하측 말단부로 이동되면서 나노섬유 필라멘트 형태로 포집 권취되도록 하는 나노섬유 필라멘트 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본원 발명은, (ⅰ) 전기방사에 의하여 전압이 걸린 제1컬렉터(220)의 외주면을 향하여 고분자용액을 방사하는 단계; (ⅱ) 상기 제1컬렉터(200)의 외주면 상단부에 구비된 공기분사수단(300)에 의해서 하단부를 향하여 공기를 분사하는 단계; (ⅲ) 상기 분사된 에어에 의해 나노섬유가 회전하는 상기 제1컬렉터(220)의 외주면 상부에서 하부로 흘러내리는 단계; 및 (iv) 상기 배열되어 이동하는 나노섬유들을 회전하는 제2컬렉터(420)에 의해서 권취하여 나노섬유 필라멘트를 만드는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유 필라멘트의 제조방법이다.
