Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed are a controller of an air conditioning system for a vehicle, and an operating method thereof. The controller comprises: a collection unit which collects outdoor air temperature; a control unit which determines the number of control stages and an operation time of a predetermined interlocking control target according to the collected outdoor air temperature, and generates at least one piece of sequence information for sequence control of the interlocking control target by using the determined number of control stages and operation time; and an output unit which provides the generated sequence information to the interlocking control target. 실시예에 의한 차량용 공조 시스템의 컨트롤러 및 이의 운영 방법이 개시된다. 상기 컨트롤러는 외기 온도를 수집하는 수집부; 상기 수집된 외기 온도에 따라 미리 정해진 연동제어 대상의 제어 단수와 작동 시간을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 제어 단수와 작동 시간을 이용하여 상기 연동제어 대상을 시퀀스 제어하기 위한 적어도 하나의 시퀀스 정보를 생성하는 제어부; 및 상기 생성된 시퀀스 정보를 상기 연동제어 대상에 제공하는 출력부를 포함한다.
