Zusammenfassung:	A phased array ultrasonic inspection system according to an embodiment of the present invention checks an application area of a thermally conductive resin layer by detecting the thermally conductive resin layer using phased array ultrasonic waves, and additionally injects a thermal conductive resin when the application area does not reach a reference value. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 위상배열 초음파 검사 시스템은, 열전도성 수지층을 위상배열 초음파로 탐상하여 상기 열전도성 수지층의 도포 면적을 확인하고, 도포 면적이 기준 값에 미치지 못할 경우 열전도성 수지를 추가로 주액한다.
