Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a noiseless sound-absorbing apparatus using a plasma actuator. More specifically, the present invention relates to the noiseless sound-absorbing apparatus using the plasma actuator, which induces sound absorption by attaching the plasma actuator to the inside of a three-dimensional object rotated by a circle by discharging a noise transmitted from the outside to the inside to the outside of the three-dimensional object. The noiseless sound-absorbing apparatus using the plasma actuator of the present invention comprises: the three-dimensional stereoscopic shape unit; and the plasma actuator. 본 발명은 플라즈마 액츄에이터를 이용한 무소음 흡음 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 원을 축에 의해 회전시킨 3차원 입체물 내부에 플라즈마 액츄에이터를 부착시켜 외부에서 내부로 전달된 소음을 입체물 외부로 배출하여 흡음을 유도하는 플라즈마 액츄에이터를 이용한 무소음 흡음 장치에 관한 것이다.
