| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a battery electrode drying apparatus. The battery electrode drying apparatus of the present invention comprises: a drying chamber provided with a drying room; a cassette which moves from the outside into the drying room and is provided to support an electrode sheet in a form of a single plate coated with an electrode slurry in the drying chamber; a hot air supply unit provided in the drying chamber and supplying a hot air toward the electrode sheet to remove a moisture and a solvent contained in the electrode sheet; and an exhaust unit connected to the drying chamber and configured to discharge a vaporized air containing the moisture and the solvent to the outside of the drying chamber. An objective of the present invention is to provide the battery electrode drying apparatus capable of reducing an equipment installation space and shortening a process time.
본 발명의 배터리 전극 건조장치는 건조실이 마련된 건조챔버; 외부에서 상기 건조실 내로 이동하며, 상기 건조실 내에서 전극 슬러리가 코팅된 단판 형태의 전극 시트를 지지하기 위해 제공된 카세트; 상기 건조실 내에 마련되며, 상기 전극 시트를 향하여 열풍을 공급하여 상기 전극 시트에 함유된 수분 및 용제를 제거하는 열풍 공급부; 및 상기 건조챔버와 연결되며, 기화된 상기 수분 및 용제를 함유하는 공기를 상기 건조실 외부로 배출시키기 위한 배기부를 포함한다. |
