Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an effective low pH skin care composition which provides good sensory properties and has a low potential for skin irritation. The low pH composition includes an effective amount of a vitamin B_3 compound and optionally one or more additional skin care activators to provide skin health and/or appearance benefits. In addition, the low pH composition includes a pH buffer including lactic acid and sodium lactate, a polymer thickener including polyacrylate crosspolymer-6, and a silicone fluid having kinematic viscosity of 100 cSt or less at 25 deg. C.
