Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a recycled pellet manufacturing process and recycled pellets using the same, wherein the recycled pellet manufacturing process includes: a sorting step of sorting fried crumbs; an oil recovering step of recovering oil from the sorted frying crumbs; a salt concentration adjusting step of adjusting the concentration of salt (Cl) of the fried crumbs from which oil has been recovered; and a molding step of molding the fried crumbs into a solid fuel. 본 발명은 재생펠릿 제조공정 및 이를 이용한 재생펠릿에 관한 것으로, 튀김부스러기를 선별하는 선별단계, 선별된 상기 튀김부스러기로부터 기름을 회수하는 기름회수단계, 기름이 회수된 상기 튀김부스러기의 염(Cl)의 농도를 조절하는 염농도조절단계, 및 상기 튀김부스러기를 고형연료로 성형하는 성형단계를 포함하는 재생펠릿 제조공정을 제공한다.
