A cognitive rehabilitation system based on judgment of user's attention comprises: an interface unit to acquire reaction information of a user with respect to contents for analyzing cognitive ability of the user in an executed environment of the contents; a motivation determining unit to determine whether motivation is necessary for the user from the acquired reaction information; and a contents executing unit to execute the contents and to determine whether to continously execute or change and execute the contents according to a determination result of the motivation determining unit.
