Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a catalyst regeneration method for heavy oil hydrocracking, and more particularly, to a catalyst regeneration method for heavy oil hydrocracking which can regenerate a waste catalyst as a catalyst precursor without a separate combustion and leaching process. A heavy oil catalyst regeneration method of the present invention comprises the following steps: a) manufacturing a reactant containing the waste catalyst used as the catalyst for hydrocracking heavy oil, a carboxylic acid-based compound, and an amine-based compound; b) inducing a reaction of the reactant to produce the catalyst precursor; and c) separating and recovering the catalyst precursor from the product produced in the step b).
본 발명은 중질유분 수첨분해용 촉매 재생방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 별도의 연소 및 침출 과정 없이 폐촉매를 촉매 전구체로 재생할 수 있는 중질유분 촉매 재생방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 중질유분 촉매 재생방법은 a) 중질유분 수첨분해용 촉매로 사용된 폐촉매, 카르복실산계 화합물 및 아민계 화합물을 함유하는 반응물을 제조하는 단계; b) 반응물을 반응시켜 촉매 전구체를 생성하는 단계; 및 c) b) 단계에서 생성된 생성물로부터 상기 촉매 전구체를 분리회수하는 단계;를 포함한다. |
