Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a stabilizing agent for heavy metals in fly ash and a method for stabilizing heavy metals in fly ash using the same, which comprises aluminum phosphate, iron salt, phosphate, polyaluminum chloride, polyaluminium silica sulfite, aluminum sulfate, calcium salt, and water. Accordingly, the present invention provides the effect of stabilizing heavy metals such as Cr, As, Pb, etc., contained in fly ash so as to prevent the same from flowing outside, thereby reducing environmental pollutions, and also provides the effect of treating fly ash with stabilized heavy metals as general waste rather than designated waste, and allowing stabilized fly ash or solid matters to be recycled as a landfill cover material or a fill material, thereby making a contribution to global environment conservation. 본 발명은 비산재의 중금속 안정화제 및 이를 이용한 비산재의 중금속 안정화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 인산알루미늄, 철염, 인산염, 폴리염화알루미늄, 폴리알루미늄실리카설파이트, 황산알루미늄, 칼슘염 및 물을 포함하여 이루어져 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 비산재에 포함된 Cr, As, Pb 등의 중금속을 안정화하여 외부로 용출이 안되게 억제하여 환경오염을 저감하고, 중금속이 안정화된 비산재는 지정폐기물이 아닌 일반폐기물로 처리할 수 있고 안정화된 비산재나 고형물은 매립장 복토재나 성토용 재료로 재활용할 수 있어 지구환경 보전에 기여할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
