Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a performance prediction method through shape processing of an outlet part of an impeller for a pump. More specifically, before proceeding with manufacturing of the impeller that requires a functional enhancement and maintenance work and the like to improve a performance of the impeller used in the past, the present invention relates to the performance prediction method through shape processing of the outlet part of the impeller for the pump that checks a shape change and a performance curve after numerically applying various variables through processing of the shape of the outlet part of the impeller before being manufactured, and enables, by a user, the impeller with the desired performance to be accurately and easily implemented and manufactured. 본 발명은 펌프용 임펠러의 출구부 형상 가공을 통한 성능예측방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 기능상승을 요구하는 임펠러의 제작 및 기존에 사용하는 임펠러의 성능개선을 위한 보수작업 등을 진행하기 전, 제작전에 임펠러의 출구부 형상을 가공을 통한 여러 변수를 수치적으로 적용한 후, 그에 따른 형상변화 및 성능 곡선도를 확인하여, 사용자가 원하는 성능의 임펠러를 정확하고 용이하게 구현하여 제작가능한 펌프용 임펠러의 출구부 형상 가공을 통한 성능예측방법에 관한 것이다.
