Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a paint composition for preventing ice accretion and, more specifically, to a paint composition for preventing ice accretion comprising: polyorganosiloxane rubber, mercapto silane as a curing agent, and any one additive selected from texture additives and water repellent additives. Therefore, the present invention relates to a coating film which is formed by applying the paint composition for preventing ice accretion to a material and has excellent durability, physical strength, and ice accretion prevention function, a paint composition for preventing ice accretion having improved adhesiveness to materials, and a method for manufacturing the same. 본 발명은 결빙부착방지용 도료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리오르가노실록산 고무(Polyorganosiloxane Rubber), 경화제로 머캅토 실란(Mercapto silane), 및 질감 첨가제 및 발수 첨가제 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 첨가제를 포함하는 결빙부착방지용 도료 조성물로서, 상기 결빙부착방지용 도료 조성물을 소재에 도포하여 형성된 도막의 내구성, 물리적 강도 및 결빙부착방지 기능성이 우수하고 소재에 대한 부착성이 향상시킨 결빙부착방지용 도료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
