SUBSTRATE PROCESSING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a substrate processing device. The substrate processing device includes: a base unit; a driving unit mounted on the base unit and driven when power is applied; a rotating unit rotated by the driving unit; a support unit which is interlocked with the rotating unit and on which the substrate is seated; a fixing unit rotatably mounted on the support unit to fix the substrate; a lifting unit moving up and down to operate the fixing unit; a large-diameter inner wall unit covering the inner side of the driving unit and the rotating unit; and a process module unit disposed inside the inner wall unit and performing a process on the substrate. It is possible to utilize the space under the substrate and improve the process efficiency. 본 발명은 기판처리장치에 관한 것으로, 베이스부와, 베이스부에 장착되고 전원이 인가되면 구동되는 구동부와, 구동부에 의해 회전되는 회전부와, 회전부와 연동되고 기판이 안착되는 지지부와, 지지부에 회전 가능하도록 장착되어 기판을 고정하는 고정부와, 고정부를 작동시키도록 상하 이동되는 승강부와, 구동부와 회전부의 내측을 커버하는 대구경 형상의 내벽부와, 내벽부의 내부에 배치되고 기판에 대한 공정을 실시하는 공정모듈부를 포함하여, 기판의 하부 공간을 활용하고 공정 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
