Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is to provide a leak stopping apparatus against a damaged hole capable of rapidly recovering the damaged hole regardless of the type of breakage generated in a hull by a scissor device and a blocking device. According to the present invention, the leak stopping apparatus against a damaged hole comprises: a scissor device including a scissor operation part including a scissor anchor which is inserted into the inside through a damaged hole and is in close contact with an inner wall around the hole, and a stop bar positioned above the scissor anchor and attached to an outer wall around the hole and interlocking with the scissor anchor to attach the leak stopping apparatus to a damaged hole part; a blocking device covering and sealing the hole as positioned on an upper part of the scissor device; and a screw rod controlling the operation of the scissor operation part by rotational operation as being screw-coupled while passing through the scissor device and the blocking device. 본 발명은 파공을 통해 내부로 삽입되어 파공 주변의 내측 벽면에 밀착되는 시저스 앵커를 포함하는 시저스 작동부 및 상기 시저스 앵커의 상부에 위치하는 것으로서 파공 주변의 외측 벽면에 부착되면서 시저스 앵커와 연동하여 파공봉쇄기를 파공부에 부착하는 스톱바를 포함하는 시저스 장치; 상기 시저스 장치의 상부에 위치하는 것으로서 파공을 덮어 밀폐하는 봉쇄장치: 및 상기 시저스 장치 및 봉쇄장치를 관통하면서 나사 결합되는 것으로서 회전 작동에 의해 상기 시저스 작동부의 작동을 제어하는 나사봉; 을 포함하는 파공봉쇄기를 제공한다.
