Zusammenfassung:	The present invention detects the amount of electricity generated by an operation of a microwave to expose advertisement content and media files through an advertising transmission module and identifies and compiles statistics of a unique position code of the advertising transmission module to transmit it to a server. The present invention relates to a voice advertising system linked with the microwave and an operating method thereof for providing information at convenient facilities mainly used by busy users living in a modern society, relieving boredom during the time to use the microwave, and creating profits through advertisement content exposure. 본 발명은 전자레인지의 동작에 의해 발생하는 전력량을 검출하여 광고 송출 모듈을 통해 광고 콘텐츠 및 미디어 파일이 노출되어지고, 광고 송출 모듈의 고유위치코드를 식별 및 통계를 집계하여 서버에 전송하게된다. 본 발명은 현대사회에서 바쁘게 살고있는 사용자들이 주로 이용하는 편의시설등에서 정보를 제공하고, 전자레인지를 사용하기 위한 시간에 심심함을 해소해주는 기능을 동시에 광고 콘텐츠 노출을 통한 수익을 발생할 수 있는 전자레인지와 연동하는 음성광고 시스템 및 운용 방법이다.
