FOAMING AGENT FOR RUBBER FOAM

The present invention relates to a foaming agent for rubber foam. When the foaming agent is mixed with main ingredients, and the resultant mixture is molten, molded and pelletized, the health of the worker can be promoted, while eliminating a risk of dust generation and explosion and maintaining a clean work environment, and the rubber foam can provide uniform and high quality with increased foamability and productivity. The foaming agent according to the present invention is used for preparing rubber foam through the steps of: a kneading step of mixing ingredients and kneading the mixed ingredients; a two-roll milling step of forming the kneaded ingredients into a thin sheet body; a material aging step of aging the thin sheet body; a primary foaming step and secondary foaming step of foaming the aged thin sheet body; a foam aging step of aging the foamed molded body; and a skiving step of forming the resultant product into a desired standard. The foaming agent according to the present invention is prepared by the steps of: a mixing step of mixing the main ingredients used for preparing rubber foam with a foaming agent; a kneading step of kneading the mixed foaming agent material; an extrusion step of melting and extruding the kneaded material; and a cutting step of cutting the molded body extruded with a desired diameter to form pellet shapes. 본 발명은 주원료에 발포제를 혼합하여 용융성형 후 펠릿화함으로서 분진발생과 폭발의 위험성을 배제하면서 쾌적한 작업환경을 유지하면서 작업자의 건강을 도모할 수 있고, 발포성과 생산성을 높이고 고무폼의 품질을 균일하게 하면서 우수하게할 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 원료를 혼합하는 혼합공정과 혼합된 원료를 짓이겨서 혼련하는 니딩공정, 니딩완료된 상태에서 얇은 시트체로 만드는 투롤밀공정, 얇은 시트체를 숙성시키는 메트리얼에이징공정, 숙성된 얇은 시트체를 포밍하는 1차포밍공정과 2차포밍공정, 포밍완료된 성형체를 숙성시키는 폼에이징공정 및 목적하는 규격으로 만드는 스카이빙공정으로 고무폼을 제조하는 데 사용되는 발포제는; 고무폼을 제조하는 데 사용되는 주원료와 발포제를 혼합하는 원료혼합과정과, 혼합된 발포제원료를 짓이겨서 혼련하는 니딩과정과, 니딩을 거친 원료를 용융하여 압출하는 압출과정과 소정의 직경으로 압출되는 성형체를 커팅하여 펠릿형태로 만드는 커팅과정으로 완성되는 발포제를 사용하는 것이 특징이다.
