Zusammenfassung: | The present invention a methylglyoxal synthase derived from a Clostridium difficile 630 strain comprising Strep-tag which is polypeptide, polynucleotide coding the same, a recombinant vector comprising the polynucleotide, transgenic microorganisms introduced with the recombinant vector, and a method for manufacturing methylglyoxal using the methylglyoxal synthase. According to the present invention, methylglyoxal can be efficiently produced at a high temperature.
