Variable guide vane apparatus

According to embodiments of the present invention, provided is a variable vane apparatus including a variable vane assembly that is rotatably installed in a duct part, and the variable vane assembly includes a shaft part and a variable vane part connected to the shaft part and rotating with the shaft part as a central axis of rotation. An end region of the variable vane part on the shaft part side with respect to the central axis of rotation is inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the duct part.
