COIL WINDED MOTOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

Introduced is a coil winding motor which comprises: a stator core having a ring-shaped cross section extending in the longitudinal direction, a plurality of teeth disposed therein in a state in which the teeth are spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction, and a plurality of slots formed between the plurality of teeth; a coil wound on the stator core by being inserted into the plurality of slots in a state in which the coil is extended in the longitudinal direction of the stator core; and a coupling core including a shoe coupled to an inner end of a tooth, wherein the coupling core is integrally coupled to the stator core in a state in which the coupling core is located inside the stator core. 링 형상의 단면이 길이 방향으로 연장되고, 내부에 복수 개의 치가 원주 방향으로 서로 이격된 상태로 배치되며, 복수 개의 치 사이에 복수 개의 슬롯이 형성된 스테이터 코어; 스테이터 코어의 길이 방향으로 연장된 상태로 복수 개의 슬롯에 삽입되어 스테이터 코어에 권선된 코일; 및 치의 내측 단부에 결합된 슈가 포함되고, 스테이터 코어의 내부에 위치된 상태로 스테이터 코어와 일체로 결합된 결합 코어;를 포함하는 코일 권선 모터가 소개된다.
