Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a transparent ultraviolet sensor and to a manufacturing method thereof. Provided are a photodiode type transparent ultraviolet sensor using and the manufacturing method thereof. In order to solve the problem that the conventional ultraviolet sensor utilizes a manufacturing method having the high manufacturing cost and is not specialized for each ultraviolet wavelength region, the manufacturing cost is reduced by utilizing the solution process, and zinc oxide specialized in the ultraviolet C region is used, in the provided photodiode type transparent ultraviolet sensor and the manufacturing method thereof. 본 발명은 투명 자외선 센서 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 종래 자외선 센서가 제조단가가 높은 제조방법을 활용하고, 자외선 파장 영역별로 특화되지 않는 문제를 해결하고자 용액 공정을 활용하여 제조단가를 절감하고, 자외선C 영역에 특화된 산화아연을 사용한 광다이오드 방식의 투명 자외선 센서 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
