Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an anaerobic digestive liquid processing device capable of improving coagulation efficiency by lowering the high viscosity of the anaerobic digestive liquid and thereby reducing the concentration of solids and organic matter contained in the anaerobic digestive liquid. The anaerobic digestive liquid processing device according to the present invention includes: an anaerobic digestive liquid viscosity relieving tank that induces the decomposition of microorganisms and proteins by sulfuric acid to relieve the viscosity of the anaerobic digestive liquid; an anaerobic digestive liquid stabilization tank that receives the anaerobic digestive liquid from the anaerobic digestive liquid viscosity relieving tank to reduce the surface tension of the anaerobic digestive liquid while removing bubbles of the anaerobic digestive liquid; a coagulation tank in which a coagulant is added to a mixture of the anaerobic digestive liquid of the anaerobic digestive liquid stabilization tank and a dehydration liquid of a solid-liquid separation device to aggregate the solids and organic matter contained in the anaerobic digestive liquid; a floating separation tank that separates the anaerobic digestive liquid into scum and a supernatant by performing floating separation targeting the anaerobic digestive liquid in a state that the anaerobic digestive liquid subjected to a coagulation reaction is supplied from the coagulation tank; and the solid-liquid separation device for performing solid-liquid separation on the scum of the floating separation tank to separate dewatered sludge and dewatering liquid, and supplying the separated dewatering liquid to the coagulation tank.
본 발명은 혐기성소화액의 높은 점성을 낮춤으로써 응집효율을 향상시키고 이를 통해 혐기성소화액에 포함되어 있는 고형물 및 유기물 농도를 저감시킬 수 있는 혐기성소화액 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 혐기성소화액 처리장치는 황산에 의한 미생물 및 단백질의 분해를 유도하여 혐기성소화액의 점성을 완화시키는 혐기성소화액 점성완화조; 혐기성소화액 점성완화조로부터 혐기성소화액을 공급받아 혐기성소화액의 거품을 제거함과 함께 혐기성소화액의 표면장력을 낮추는 혐기성소화액 안정조; 혐기성소화액 안정조의 혐기성소화액과 고액분리장치의 탈수액이 혼합된 혼합물에 응집제를 투입하여 혐기성소화액에 포함된 고형물 및 유기물을 응집시키는 응집조; 응집조로부터 응집반응이 진행된 혐기성소화액을 공급받은 상태에서 혐기성소화액을 대상으로 부상분리를 실시하여 혐기성소화액을 스컴과 상등액으로 분리하는 부상분리조; 및 부상분리조의 스컴을 대상으로 고액분리를 실시하여 탈수슬러지와 탈수액으로 분리하며, 분리된 탈수액을 상기 응집조로 공급하는 고액분리장치;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
