Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thermal insulation material. The method for manufacturing a thermal insulation material of the present invention comprises: a step of manufacturing a vertical non-woven fabric; a first lamination step of laminating ceramic paper and an aluminum foil; and a second lamination step of laminating the ceramic paper on both sides of the vertical non-woven fabric, respectively. According to the present invention, provided can be a method for manufacturing a thermal insulation material which has excellent heat insulation, thermal insulation, sound absorbing performance, and limited combustible performance and prevents volatile materials harmful to human body from being discharged, by being manufactured through lamination of the vertical non-woven fabric, the ceramic paper, and the aluminum foil.
단열재 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 단열재 제조방법은, 수직형 부직포를 제조하는 제조단계; 세라믹 페이퍼와 알루미늄 포일을 합지하는 제1 합지단계; 및 수직형 부직포의 양면 각각에 세라믹 페이퍼를 합지하는 제2 합지단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 수직형 부직포, 세라믹 페이퍼 및 알루미늄 포일을 합지하여 제조됨으로써, 우수한 내열성, 단열성, 흡음 성능 및 준불연 성능을 가지면서도, 인체에 유해한 휘발성 물질을 배출하지 않도록 이루어지는 단열재 제조방법을 제공할 수 있게 된다. |
