Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a Lidar device for measuring a distance based on self-heterodyne detection using coherence. According to one embodiment, the Lidar device may include a distance measuring circuit which measures a distance to an object based on an electrical signal of a beat frequency based on a received optical signal in which a continuous coherent transmission optical signal having a first frequency is reflected and received in a specific section, and a frequency modulation time point to the first frequency of a transmitted optical signal. 가간섭성(coherence)을 이용하는 셀프-헤테로다인 측정법(Self-heterodyne detection)에 기반하여 거리를 측정하는 라이다 장치가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 라이다 장치는 특정 구간에서 제1 주파수를 갖는 연속된 가간섭 송신 광 신호가 대상체에 반사되어 수신되는 수신 광 신호에 기초하는 비트 주파수(Beat frequency)의 전기 신호 및 상기 송신 광 신호의 상기 제1 주파수로의 주파수 변조 시점에 기반하여, 상기 대상체까지의 거리를 측정하는 거리 측정 회로를 포함할 수 있다.
