Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a use of ICK and KLC3 for diagnosis of ciliary injury disease, and to a preparation for preventing or treating ciliary injury disease comprising a KLC3 inhibitor, which is proposed as a biomarker for diagnosis of ciliary injury disease by confirming that cilia is damaged, cyst is formed and KLC3 protein is increased due to an ICK defect through knock-out in the kidney in animal models, thus proving that ICK defects and increased KLC3 are indicators of ciliary injury. In addition, the present invention provides a KLC3 protein activity inhibitor or a KLC3 mRNA expression inhibitor as a preparation for preventing or treating ciliary injury disease by confirming that the cysts formed by ICK defects in renal epithelial cells are alleviated by inhibiting KLC3 protein.
