Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a surgical diaper worn by a patient during surgery, and in particular, to a surgical diaper that is worn on the lower body of a patient, has an adhesive layer detachable from the body on the front and back sides to be worn regardless of a surgical site during a surgical procedure and improve practicality, prevents infection at the surgical site by not directly rubbing the surgical site, and seals the genital and buttock areas where excrement is excreted to prevent the body of the patient from being exposed during the surgical procedure. 본 발명은 수술시에 환자가 착용하는 수술용 기저귀에 관한 것으로, 특히 환자의 하체에 착용되어 전후면에 각각 신체에 탈착되는 접착층이 구비되어 수술과정에서 수술부위에 구애받지 않고 착용이 가능하여 실용성을 향상시키고 수술부위에 직접 마찰되지 않아 수술 부위의 감염을 미연에 차단하면서도 배설물이 배설되는 생식기 및 엉덩이 부위를 밀폐하여 수술과정에서 환자의 신체가 노출되는 것을 방지하는 수술용 기저귀에 관한 것이다.
