Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a hot pepper drying apparatus capable of drying and washing simultaneously and comprising: an accommodation unit having an accommodation space, a space in which an object to be dried is accommodated: a thermal energy unit communicating with the accommodation unit and supplying thermal energy to the accommodating space so that the object to be dried is dried; and a spraying unit installed in the accommodation unit and spraying fluid into the accommodation space so that the object to be dried is washed. According to the present invention, drying and washing are simultaneously performed in one space, thereby significantly reducing the time required for the entire process. 본 발명은 건조와 세척이 동시에 가능한 고추 건조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 피건조물이 수용되는 공간인 수용공간이 형성되는 수용부; 상기 수용부에 연통되며, 상기 피건조물이 건조되도록 상기 수용공간으로 열에너지를 공급하는 열에너지부; 및 상기 수용부에 설치되며, 상기 피건조물이 세척되도록 상기 수용공간으로 유체를 분사하는 분사부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 건조와 세척이 하나의 공간에서 동시에 실시되므로 전체 공정의 소요시간이 대폭적으로 단축되는 효과가 있다.
