Deboning device

The present invention relates to a device for slaughtering livestock such as cattle, pigs, and the like and then deboning the same, and more specifically, to the deboning device comprising: a support block on which rib fingers containing bones are placed after slaughtering; a fixing unit fixing the rib fingers in a state in which the rib fingers are placed on the support block; a pressurization deboning unit in which the rib fingers are fixed and the bones are pushed to be deboned; and a pull-out deboning unit in which the bone pushed out of the rib fingers in the pressurization deboning unit is pulled to be deboned, thereby enabling to easily separate only the bones from the rib ringers, and furthermore, to obtain a larger amount of boneless meat. 본 발명은 소나 돼지 등의 가축을 도축한 후 발골 하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도축된 후 뼈를 포함하는 갈비살을 얹는 지지블록과, 상기 지지블록에 상기 갈비살이 얹혀진 상태에서 상기 갈비살을 고정하는 고정부와, 상기 갈비살이 고정된 상태에서 상기 뼈를 밀어서 발골하는 가압발골부 및 상기 가압발골부에 의해서 상기 갈비살로부터 밀려나온 뼈를 잡아당겨 발골하는 인출발골부를 포함하는 발골 장치에 의해 달성된다. 이에 따라, 갈비살로부터 뼈만 용이하게 분리킬 수 있고, 나아가 더욱 많은 양의 순살을 획득할 수 있다.
