Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cell line overexpressing a cartilage regeneration signal cell growth factor using adipose tissue-derived stem cells and a mixture of cell line cultures manufactured by using the same. Cell lines overexpressing a specific signal substance can standardly manufacture high-concentration mixed CM without changing the content of secretions other than a target substance, and mixed CM can be used as a cartilage regeneration treatment for chondrocyte activation. 본 발명은 지방 조직 유래 줄기세포를 이용한 연골 재생 시그날 세포 성장인자를 과발현하는 세포주 제작방법 및 이를 이용하여 제작된 세포주 배양물들의 혼합물에 관한 것으로, 특정 신호물질을 과발현하는 세포주들은 타겟 물질이외에 다른 분비물의 함량에는 변화가 없이 고농도의 혼합 CM을 표준적으로 제조할 수 있으며, 혼합 CM은 연골세포의 활성화를 위한 연골 재생치료제로 사용될 수 있다.
