Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for simultaneous expression of carboxylesterase (CE) and cytosine deaminase (CD) which are genes showing an anticancer effect, to genetically recombined human adipose-derived adult stem cells prepared using the vector, and to a therapeutic anticancer composition comprising the same as an active ingredient with respect to cancer treatment. According to the present invention, provided is an anticancer composition, wherein host cells transfected with recombinant lentivirus, comprising a gene encoding CD protein and CE protein express the CE protein and the CD protein, and it is possible to inhibit abnormal differentiation and block the possibility of tumorigenesis by maintaining a high cell proliferation rate. Also, the anticancer composition can be useful as a cell therapy agent using the lentivirus or host cells. 본 발명은 항암효과를 보이는 유전자인 carboxylesterase (CE)와 cytosine deaminase (CD)를 동시에 발현하도록 하는 재조합 벡터, 이 벡터를 이용하여 제조된 유전적으로 재조합된 인간 지방 유래 성체 줄기세포 및 이를 암에 유효성분으로 포함하는 치료용 항암제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, CE 단백질 및 CD 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 렌티바이러스로 형질감염된 숙주세포는 CE단백질 및 CD 단백질을 발현하며, 높은 세포 증식율을 유지함으로써, 비정상적인 분화를 억제하고 종양 형성의 가능성을 차단할 수 있고, 상기 렌티바이러스 또는 숙주세포를 이용한 세포치료제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 항암제 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
