MAGNETIC FLUX LEAKAGE REDUCTION PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

The present invention relates to a magnetic flux leakage reduction type permanent magnet synchronous motor, comprising: a rotor disk which includes an outer circumferential surface in a cylindrical shape; a plurality of rotating magnetic pole iron cores which are separated and coupled along the outer circumferential surface; a plurality of permanent magnets which are respectively inserted between the plurality of rotating magnetic pole iron cores; a rotating pole fixing ring which has one surface coupled to the outer circumferential surface and the other surface coupled to each of the plurality of rotating magnetic pole iron cores and the plurality of permanent magnets; a plurality of fixing bolts which respectively fixes the plurality of rotating magnetic pole iron cores to the rotor disk; and a plurality of end plates which support the plurality of rotating magnetic pole iron cores and the plurality of permanent magnets by penetrating and coupling each fixing bolt for the fixing. 본 발명은 자속누설 저감형 영구자석 동기전동기에 관한 것으로, 원통형 형상의 외주면을 포함하는 회전자 디스크(DISK), 상기 외주면을 따라 분리 결합되는 복수의 회전자극 철심들, 상기 복수의 회전자극 철심들 사이에 각각 삽입되는 복수의 영구자석들, 일면이 상기 외주면에 결합되고 타면이 상기 복수의 회전자극 철심들과 상기 복수의 영구자석들에 각각 결합되는 회전자극 고정링, 상기 복수의 회전자극 철심들을 상기 회전자 디스크에 각각 고정시키는 복수의 고정 볼트(BOLT)들 및 상기 고정을 위해 각 고정 볼트와 관통 결합하여 상기 복수의 회전자극 철심들과 상기 복수의 영구자석들을 지지하는 복수의 엔드 플레이트(END PLATE)들을 포함한다.
