SORTING METHOD FOR RECYCLED SAND

The present invention relates to a sorting method for recycled sand, which comprises: a fine sorting step of separating pulverized waste concrete-mixed aggregate by particle size and collecting fine dust to remove foreign substances; a washing step of introducing the mixed aggregate which has passed the fine sorting step into a sludge chamber, and washing the mixed aggregate with water in the sludge chamber to remove soil; a recycled sand sorting step of sorting recycled sand by a scraper from among the mixed aggregate in a mixture state with water by the washing step; a dewatering step of dewatering the sorted recycled sand which is sorted through the recycled sand sorting step by a vibrating screen; a transfer step of transferring the recycled sand which has undergone the dewatering step to a drying chamber by a transfer conveyor; and a drying step of drying the recycled sand which is transferred to the drying chamber. According to the present invention, the waste concrete-mixed aggregate is first sorted by a dry method, fine sand, fine dust, and the like, are collected, washed with the added water and secondarily sorted. Thus, the present invention provides a remarkable effect that the working time is shortened and the productivity and economic efficiency are improved. 본 발명은 재활용 모래 선별 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 재활용 모래 선별 방법은 분쇄된 폐콘크리트 혼합골재를 입자 크기별로 분리하고, 미세먼지를 집진하여 이물질을 제거하는 미분 선별단계, 상기 미분 선별단계를 통과한 혼합골재가 슬러지 챔버로 유입되고, 상기 슬러지 챔버 내에서 혼합골재가 물에 의해 세척되어 토분이 제거되는 세척단계, 상기 세척단계에 의해 물과 혼합물 상태인 혼합골재 중, 재생 모래가 스크래퍼에 의해 선별되는 재생 모래 선별단계, 상기 재생 모래 선별단계를 거쳐 선별된 재생 모래가 진동스크린에 의해 탈수되는 탈수단계, 상기 탈수단계를 거친 재생 모래가 이송 컨베이어에 의해 건조챔버로 이송되는 이송단계 및 상기 건조챔버로 이송된 재생모래가 건조되는 건조단계를 포함하는 것으로, 본 발명은 폐콘크리트 혼합골재를 건식으로 1차 선별하고, 입자가 고운 미세 모래, 미세 먼지 등을 집진한 뒤, 물을 투입하여 세척한뒤 2차 선별함으로써, 작업시간이 단축되어 생산성 및 경제성이 향상된 현저한 효과가 있다.
