| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a transdermal delivery system loaded with tranexamic acid, a method for manufacturing the transdermal delivery system, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin pigmentation comprising the transdermal delivery system as an active ingredient, a quasi-drug composition for preventing or treating skin pigmentation comprising the transdermal delivery system as the active ingredient, and a cosmetic composition for alleviating skin pigmentation comprising the transdermal delivery system as the active ingredient. Since the transdermal delivery system loaded with tranexamic acid of the present invention has excellent transdermal permeability and skin persistence, the transdermal delivery system can be widely used for the prevention or treatment of pigmentation caused by melanin.
