Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hydrochar stabilizer based on wood waste containing iron nanoparticles, a hydrochar stabilizer based on wood waste containing iron nanoparticles manufactured thereby, and a complex arsenic and cation-contaminated soil stabilization method using the same. According to the present invention, unlike a biochar manufacturing method by pyrolysis (to 1,000 ℃) according to the prior art, a reaction is performed at a relatively low temperature (180 to 300℃). Water is used as a catalyst so that a separate drying process is not required, thereby providing high energy efficiency. Hydrochar containing iron nanoparticles with a high specific surface area and a high cation exchange capacity can be manufactured simply and conveniently through a one-pot reaction. The method comprises a step of mixing waste wood and iron solution, performing a hydrothermal reaction to prepare a hydrocar based on wood waste containing iron oxide supported on a surface, and performing calcination under a free-oxygen condition.
본 발명은, 종래 기술에 따른 열분해(~ 1000℃)에 따른 바이오차 제조방법과 달리, 상대적으로 낮은 온도(180 ~ 300℃)에서 반응이 수행되며, 또한 물을 촉매로 사용하기 때문에 별도의 건조 과정을 필요로 하지 않아 에너지 효율이 높고, 높은 비표면적과 높은 양이온 교환 용량을 가진 철 나노입자가 담지된 하이드로차를 원-팟(one-pot) 반응을 통해 비교적 간단하고 편리하게 제조할 수 있는 철 나노입자가 담지된 목질계 폐기물 기반 하이드로차 제조방법, 및 상기 방법에 따라 제조된 철 나노입자가 담지된 목질계 폐기물 기반 하이드로차, 이를 이용한 비소 및 양이온 중금속 복합 오염토양의 안정화 방법에 관한 것이다. |
