Rail-free curved block vertical welding device

The present invention relates to a rail-free curved block vertical welding device capable of performing welding by tracing a welding area of a vertical butt joint of a curved block without a separate rail. The rail-free curved block vertical welding device comprises: a preceding bogie that travels while tracking a welding area between a first welding member and a second welding member having a vertical curved block, and is coupled by a trailing bogie and a rotating unit so as to be rotatable in any one of the longitudinal and lateral directions while traveling the vertical curved block; and a trailing bogie that is coupled to the preceding bogie by the rotating unit, travels along the traveling of the preceding bogie, and is equipped with a welding unit for welding the welding area. 별도의 레일 없이 곡블록 수직 맞대기 이음부의 용접부위를 추적하며 주행함으로써, 용접작업을 수행할 수 있도록 한 무레일 곡블록 수직 용접장치에 관한 것으로, 수직 곡블록을 갖는 제1 용접부재와 제2 용접부재 사이의 용접부위를 추적하며 주행하고, 후행대차와 회동부에 의해 결합되어 수직 곡블록을 주행하는 중에 종방향 및 횡방향 중 어느 한 방향으로 회동할 수 있는 선행대차 및 회동부에 의해 선행대차와 결합되고, 선행대차의 주행을 따라 주행하며, 용접부위를 용접하기 위한 용접부가 장착된 후행대차를 포함하여 구성된다.
