Zusammenfassung: | According to the present embodiment, a solar cell has a tandem structure comprising a photoelectric conversion unit including a first photoelectric conversion unit including a photoelectric conversion layer made of a perovskite compound and a second photoelectric conversion unit including a semiconductor substrate. Here, in the second photoelectric conversion unit, a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer formed separately from the semiconductor substrate on one surface and the other surface of the semiconductor substrate may have different structures.
