In particular, it allows the shoulder, arm and hand of a user to reciprocate up and down in a state where the user puts his shoulder, arm and hand on an upper arm support and a handle support to perform the forward lifting motion of the shoulder, and at the same time can perform axial elevation, rotational movement and elbow joint movement for each mode. 본 발명은 어깨 운동 장치에 관한 것으로서 특히, 사용자가 상박 받침대와 손잡이 받침대에 어깨와 팔 및 손이 얹혀지도록 걸쳐 놓은 상태에서 상하로 왕복 이동되도록 하여 어깨의 전방거상 운동이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 가운데 모드별로 축방거상, 회전운동 및 주관절운동이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
