The present invention relates to a system for responding to a delivery product error, comprising: a shelf that stores a product; a DAS or DPS that converts order data into distribution data and controls a logistic flow; a camera that photographs an area wherein an operator distributes or picks an upper part of the shelf of the DAS or DPS; and a server that generates an image event photographed by the camera, indexes a storage location by unit time, and synthesizes and stores an object event per customer, per order, and per time period, which are order product information of DAS or DPS at the same time as being stored in unit bank.
