Zusammenfassung:According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method of preventing mis-selling through automation of a customer investment propensity analysis includes the steps of: transmitting customer's personal information input through a terminal device to a product subscription server; transmitting the customer's personal information to a financial server and requesting investment information for a customer; transmitting the customer's personal information and investment information to an investment propensity analysis server in which machine learning on the investment propensity is performed based on the personal information and investment information of a plurality of unspecified customers and requesting the customer's investment propensity; and first transmitting the customer's investment propensity to the terminal device through a product subscription server. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 고객 투자 성향 분석의 자동화를 통한 불완전판매 방지 방법은, 단말장치를 통해 입력된 고객의 개인정보를 상품가입서버로 전송하는 단계; 상기 고객의 개인정보를 금융서버에 전달하고 상기 고객에 대한 투자정보를 요청하는 단계; 다수의 불특정고객에 대한 개인정보 및 투자정보를 기반으로 투자성향에 대한 기계학습이 이루어진 투자성향분석서버에 상기 고객의 개인정보 및 투자정보를 전달하고 상기 고객의 투자성향을 요청하는 단계; 그리고 상기 상품가입서버를 통해 상기 고객의 투자성향을 상기 단말장치에 1차적으로 전송하는 단계를 포함한다.
