Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an activated carbon fiber coated with a coating layer comprising polydopamine and copper oxide, an antibacterial filter comprising the same, and a manufacturing method therefor. More specifically, the present invention relates to an activated carbon fiber coated with a coating layer comprising both polydopamine and copper oxide that are obtained by simultaneously carrying out a polymerization reaction of dopamine and the oxidation of copper ions, and thereby exhibiting antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria as well as gram-positive bacteria, an antibacterial filter comprising the same, and a manufacturing method therefor. 본 발명은 폴리도파민 및 산화구리를 포함하는 코팅층이 도포된 활성 탄소 파이버, 이를 포함하는 항균 필터 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 도파민의 중합 반응과 구리 이온의 산화 과정이 동시에 수행되어 폴리도파민 및 산화구리를 동시에 포함하는 코팅층을 포함함으로써 그램 양성균 뿐만 아니라 그램 음성균에 대해서도 항균 활성을 나타내는 폴리도파민 및 산화구리를 포함하는 코팅층이 도포된 활성 탄소 파이버, 이를 포함하는 항균 필터 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
